get the funk out...

chris and i went to see george clinton and the p-funk all stars this past weekend...great crowd and great tunes...although after the show we pondered, how all the musicians actually coordinated their performances...all night there were 20-30 people on stage at any given time and most of musicians were acting like it was a family reunion rather than a show...however, more entertaining then most family reunions...george's eyes did show the "wear" of 65 years of FUNKING it up, but his colorful manner was present in his fans, dreads and soul on stage...great show and experience for the "less than funky self" i've come to know as me...
